Pred tem si pripravimo osnovne sestavine, med katerimi naj ne manjka mocarela, kvaliteten riban sir, sve\u017ei sir za mazanje in po \u017eelji \u0161unka, kuhan pr\u0161ut ali kaj drugega, \u010desar okus radi za\u010dutite na va\u0161em kro\u017eniku.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/slo5.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/lastovicja3.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3180\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-3180\" src=\"http:\/\/slo5.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/lastovicja3-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"lastovicja3\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u0160al\u0161o (paradi\u017enikovo mezgo) segrejemo in nekoliko za\u010dinimo. Liste pa\u0161te, ki smo jih polo\u017eili na delovno povr\u0161ino \u2013 mi smo uporabili pirino pa\u0161to &#8211; nama\u017eemo s sve\u017eim sirom. \u010cez polo\u017eimo \u0161unko in drobno nasekljano mocarelo. Te polo\u017eimo v peka\u010d in zalijemo s preostankom \u0161al\u0161e. \u010cez potresemo preostalo mocarelo in riban sir ter damo v pe\u010dico za pribli\u017eno pol ure (200\u00b0C). Peko seveda spremljamo, da se nam sir na vrhu nebi preve\u010d o\u017egal.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/slo5.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/lastovicja2.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3179\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-3179\" src=\"http:\/\/slo5.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/lastovicja2-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"lastovicja2\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ko je pe\u010deno po\u010dakamo nekaj minutk, da se malo ohladi in postre\u017eemo v dru\u017ebi so\u010dne sezonske solate.<\/p>\n<p>Gnezda lahko pripravimo tudi vnaprej in jih pustimo v hladilniku, da jih spe\u010demo med tednom, ko ni \u010dasa za kuhanje.
