Po teksturi je podobna ajdovi moki, pri uporabi ima podobne lastnosti, predvsem pa je odli\u010dna, ko jo me\u0161amo z drugimi mokami. Precejeno pa\u0161to vr\u017eemo na zelenjavo, preme\u0161amo in po potrebi dodamo vodo, v kateri se je kuhala. Ne preve\u010d. Samo toliko, da ni lepljiva.<\/p>\n<p>To je to.
